Greenepsych Walk -and -Talk Therapy
Walk-and-Talk therapy is an option for those who benefit from a Covid-19 friendly, non-traditional approach to getting the help they need. Sessions take place out of the office in a more natural setting, such as a park or nature path.
This unconventional but extremely effective approach is great for those who find it challenging to come to an office environment for one reason or another.
