Our Approach

Our expertise in mental health and competitive athletics makes Greenepsych perfectly suited to help athletes who are experiencing depression, anxiety, burn-out, and difficulties associated with perfectionism and fear-of-failure.

After a brief phone call to ensure we fit your needs, we will collaborate with you (and any ancillary professionals supporting your goals) to provide you the best, most thoughtful and compassionate care possible.
Our athlete-clients (and coaches) are pleased to know that, at Greenepsych, they can receive help from licensed professionals for both their personal and sport concerns.

From our work with Olympians, Olympic-hopefuls, pro performers and competitive college and junior student-athletes, we know the rigors and pressures of a high-performance training environment.
Our staff (can we link to staff page here) is comprised of experts, who will focus on your mental health and self-care first, whether you are competing on the national stage or you are a younger competitor, in high school, middle school or late elementary school.

Greenepsych Walk -and -Talk Therapy

Walk-and-Talk therapy is an option for those who benefit from a Covid-19 friendly, non-traditional approach to getting the help they need. Sessions take place out of the office in a more natural setting, such as a park or nature path.
This unconventional but extremely effective approach is great for those who find it challenging to come to an office environment for one reason or another.
